Crossfit MOB’s Boot Camp classes are designed to incorporate high-intensity interval training that you’ll find in many commercial gyms with the principals of crossfit and dedicated, detailed coaching you expect at Crossfit MOB. Most classes will resemble the crossfit workout of the day, taking out some of the technical barbell and high-skill gymnastics movement. This makes this class perfect for an individual who has never done crossfit, might be slightly intimidated, or wants to come in a get a simple but effective workout!

What to Expect from Your First Boot Camp Class

When you sign up for your first boot camp class you’ll join a small group with a Crossfit certified coach. The coach will lead the warm-up, explaining and working with each athlete to promote safe and effective movement. After the warm-up the coach will cover the details of the workout for that day, demonstrating each movement and detailing points of performance. After that it’s 3,2,1, GO!

You’ll see a wide assortment of equipment in these classes, and on any given day you’ll see kettlebells, dumbbells, bikes, rowers, medicine balls and boxes. These workouts will help you loose fat and gain lean muscle mass in a safe, supportive and supervised environment!

Stick with the program and you’ll start to notice that you have more energy, have better endurance and stamina, and paired with a good diet you’ll see pounds falling off!
