Our CrossFit exercises are designed to be universally scalable, making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
CrossFit is intense, but we strive to make the intensity relative to whatever you are capable of. The WOD “workout of the day” is the same for everyone, but we make it individualized to you. When you are here it is all about you and what you are capable of, we tailor our CrossFit workouts to each individual. When you walk into a CrossFit facility, you may see a 70-year-old, a 25-year-old, a teenager, and a firefighter all working alongside each other at their own capacity, but toward the same end result. It is designed to be functional, helping make your everyday life better and easier.
Of course in our opinion is CrossFit workout routines are perfect for everyone, from seniors to teens, stay at home moms or moms with full time jobs, police, fire and military, previous and current athletes, people looking to get in shape, or someone looking for something different.
