If you are working toward a specific goal, or desire individual coaching, we offer full service Private Personal Training programs. Here’s what you get:
Complete Customization

Your personal training program will begin with a complete assessment of your current physical capabilities, history, and goals. Coaches will evaluate movement patterns, range of motion, strength levels, structural balance and any limitations. Your coach will also work with you to determine your training goals and priorities. This information lays the groundwork for developing your training program.

  • Overall body strength development
  • Strength development for a specific goal, such as running, paddling or being able to perform pull-ups
  • Strength based programs
  • CrossFit workouts for women and men
  • Personal programming which can be completed on own time
  • Injury rehabilitation/prevention
  • Sport-specific training
  • Advanced training programs for more experienced trainees who have specific needs and goals
  • Setting nutritional goals, and measuring body composition
  • Email or text support from your coach

Training Rate = $69 per hour
12 Session Package = $49 per hour
3 month commitment 2 appointments per week 1 person = $55 per hour
3 appointments per week 1 person = $49 per hour
4 appointments per week 1 person = $43 per hour
Additional discounts are available for training in small groups of 2 – 3 people
