*One partner works, other rests. Partners must work for 1:00 and must switch every 1:00. If athletes do not do GHD sit-ups at LEAST 1x/week, then they will modify total GHD number to 20 per round and may only do 10 reps at a time. Mod v-ups for GHD sit-ups as needed.
