1 Mile Run
Track all three completion times. Score for the day is the sum of the three. Every second counts. Clean and jerks should be a weight that can be completed in under 6min. HSPU athlete should be able to do at least sets of 5’s or modify number to something that can be completed in less than 3min. Sub 8 wall walks for HSPU. Sub 120/95 cal bike for run as needed.
